萃取罐Extracting tank

萃取罐主要用來(lái)萃取各類茶、中草藥。

This extracting tank is used to extract tea from the tea leaves，or make medicine from herbal medicine.

材質(zhì)全采用SUS304-2B不銹鋼制造，罐體夾層采用加熱結(jié)構(gòu)和PU聚氨酯發(fā)泡工藝保溫，帶有蒸汽加熱夾套，頂部中置槳式攪拌，密封人孔，高低液位傳感器，溫度傳感器，下出提取液，下排渣，橢圓上封頭，錐形下封頭>45度，可根據(jù)客戶配氣動(dòng)出料結(jié)構(gòu)。

All the tank wall is made of high quality SUS304-2B stainless steel，the jacket adopts high density of PU as insulation and was made out of new procedures；and it is with steam heating jacket；the paddle type agitator is mounted from top at the centre；other standard attachments such as:airtight manhole，high and low level probe，temperature sensor，the extracted liquid product is discharged from bottom outlet；dregs are also discharged from bottom where a net is fixed to separate the dreg from the liquid product；the top cover is elliptical type and bottom base is of conical types.Pneumatic discharge device can be added according to the customer's requirement.
